📌 Note: We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) payments at this time.
2. Currency & Pricing
- All prices listed on ZENTOPIX are in United States Dollars (USD).
- If you are purchasing from outside the USA, your bank may apply currency conversion fees.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but once an order is placed, the price remains locked in.
3. Payment Processing & Billing
3.1 Payment Authorization
- Your payment method will be charged immediately upon completing the checkout process.
- If a transaction is declined, please check:

- Whether your bank has placed a restriction on online transactions.

3.2 Order Confirmation & Billing

- The billing descriptor on your statement will appear as ZENTOPIX PET FOOD.
- If you do not receive an email confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at contact@zentopix.xyz.
3.3 Subscription Payments (If Applicable)
- If you subscribe to our auto-renewal service for pet food deliveries, you agree to be charged automatically on the subscription renewal date.
- Customers can cancel or modify subscriptions at any time through their account dashboard.
